so far 30 mins rollerblading
i got motivated reading a magazine where it said and hour of rollerbalding burns 2400 kj's..... lol
going to go lift wieghts now

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

i used to like it when i was younger i could do it the whole day but oh god its agony... and im only 17 oh the shame lol
if u do one minute of sprinting and then one minute of even paced roller blading for an hour you burn 3400 kj's.... hmmm

I did half an hour on the cross trainer and half an hour on an exercycle.

I can't rollerblade!!! :lol: I don't have the co-ordination for it!!

Today however I did

35mins walk starting @ 4.8-5.2 on incline 3
10mins light jog @ 6.2 on incline 1

I've never tried rollerblading but I used to roller skate man I loved it. Are there places you can go to try rollerblading so I don't have to buy the skates?

I was procrastinating from working on an assignment for uni, so I did my new exercise dvd (Jillian from the biggest loser).
