Well I never went on monday, I seem to have aquired a cold of some sorts which is now gone almost but my ears feel funny and I get dizzy
So I had Tuesday off as well and today have done 10 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on bike, 5 minutes on cross trainer and some of the weight machines.
Also, am getting some new gym clothes, larger sizes found at
http://www.ezibuy.com.au under "sara" if anyone is looking for some. No luck in my local shops. All the gym clothes were for skinny people. I've only got one pair of gym trousers and they are pretty much winter stuff. Been wearing my casual tee's as well but that means they wear out quicker cause they are always in the wash.
