hi.well look at me! i am in the exercise thread..who would believe it? well today i am gonna post my INTENTIONS re exercise. will then check in weekly to see if i met my goals. ok.so -want to do 3 x week exercise dvd. either cardio or strengh, training. and -want to walk-jog around my local oval for an hour 3 x week,pref.in the late afternoon. can i do it? WILL i do it?[background music...].stay tuned..we shall see!
