This is a perfect thread for me so I'll feel guilty if I dont go exercise :D :D

If its available why not use it.

Ok then I normally alternate days between spin class and weights; 4 times a week; Monday to Thursday straight up. Friday, Saturday and Sunday rest day for me; so today is weight day.
Ok, Ok warm up
10 mins treadmill
15 mins cycling (before any exercise I warm up for 10-25 mins)

... and then...............

Circuit...(weights with a combination of steps....) Oh my Gosh!!! this exercise kills me but it seems to be working wonders for me :) :) :)


Yeap lets see how long Ill keep up this thread... I used not to like exercising but it seems to be getting into me slowly but surely. I even bought nice takkies for that purpose, who would have thought!!! Oh my!!! One day I'd like to say Im a gym freak lol :P :P I hate those liers lol lol lol Gym-freak... :roll:

This is for me to feel guilty and to push me right back to sweating it... :wink:

Today

for warm up 15 mins on a rotex machine

45 mins on a spin class

Thats it till Monday...

Yesterday was not sure if I was going to gym so did not want to promise and not own up. Anyway ended up hitting the gym
did my
10 mins rottex
10 mins cycling
and then 45 circurt and steps

today

10 mins rottex
10 mins treadmill

45 mins spin class

10 mins rotex
10 mins cycling

+/- 45 mins of weights

this weekend Im starting aqua aerobics I hear you its quite good!!! :)

Yesterday I started with my water training 30 mins, powerful...

I seem not to be keeping up with this thread????

Not that I dont excersise though

I will use this thread whenever I feel lazy for gym lol

Yeap I am still sweating it, I just remembered this thread and I am recording again

today I will do 8 mins crosstraining,
8 mins treadmill

then spin class for 45 mins...

I just want an hour of excersise
