Ok then I normally alternate days between spin class and weights; 4 times a week; Monday to Thursday straight up. Friday, Saturday and Sunday rest day for me; so today is weight day.
Ok, Ok warm up
10 mins treadmill
15 mins cycling (before any exercise I warm up for 10-25 mins)
... and then...............
Circuit...(weights with a combination of steps....) Oh my Gosh!!! this exercise kills me but it seems to be working wonders for me



Yeap lets see how long Ill keep up this thread... I used not to like exercising but it seems to be getting into me slowly but surely. I even bought nice takkies for that purpose, who would have thought!!! Oh my!!! One day I'd like to say Im a gym freak lol



This is for me to feel guilty and to push me right back to sweating it...
