I did a bit of a weights marathon at the gym today.
A while ago I had a weights program made out for me, with 3 sessions a week. I haven't been doing it for ages, so today I thought I'd give myself a kick in the pants. I did all 3 sessions today (it should be ok, each works a different area of the body so I shouldn't have overdone any one set of muscles).
