45 minutes of various weights, doing drop-sets to fatigue my muscles, cycled 11km on stationary bike with hill profiles and a body attack class. Also I feel like I've riden all over town. Not sure how far, but around 4 half hour trips, (from home to the gym, to the shops, to the library and back home!)

On top of usual house cleaning etc.

30 mins walking to and from shops.
