1 hour housework (vaccuming, dusting, mopping, changing bed linen, cleaning showers and bath)

30 mins exercise bike (maybe dont know if I can be bothered yet!)


30 mins walk aerobics tonight

30 mins weight training
15 mins stretching

30 min walk to and from shops

1 hour of housework

I need to get on to the exercise machine at home...
You guys are doing a lot of exercise. I have to catch up...

I try for a minimum of 40 mins of cardio 5 days per week and then weights added in twice a week. Anything more is a bonus.
