22 mins walking to and from gym (took a slightly different route)
23 mins on cross trainer - hills option

25 mins Cross Trainer
The longest period I have done so far. I will aim at doing the same tomorrow. Then gradually increase the period and start checking out the more demanding one.

Thanks for that. I was watching TV Jerry Springer show and Cheater while doing the exercise. I will do 25 mins of exercise today.

Today it is a tempting day. My best friend will visit and I may be tempted to just take it easy and we will stuff ourselves. I will be strong, so tonight or tomorrow, I can write down that I have done 25 mins of Cross Trainer exercise, nothing compared to you guys but for me, in the last few days, so far so good, ha... already a big achievement, no food poisoning excuse, no flu excuse etc...
