Before lunch

20 mins walking
20 mins cross trainer

After work

50 mins weight training including 10 mins warm up and 10 mins stretching.

I have two nice blisters to show for my effort this morning!! I think I am going to invest in those Teva walking sandals!! But I do feel great!

30 minute exercise bike (while playing my son's playstation :oops: )
30 minutes walk aerobics tonight xx

2.5 hours of spring cleaning

30 minute brisk walk whilst futurama was on (even got a stitch!)

Good work Kate, stitches always let you know you've worked hard enough.
Chubby, it's a great idea to keep yourself amused somehow while doing exercise. At the gym I always watch channel V, so it's like a disco for me lol

half hour on the stepper
half hour exercycle

Me too and it always looks like more when I do weights during the week as I do that when I get home.

I had dropped off the intensity of my workouts so am building them back up again.
