I was bored so I'd thought I'd let you all know what exercise I'm doing,(and if I break a 'calories burned' record) and if I eat any bad foods - that's when you get up me

Yesterday
X-Trainer: 15 minutes
Bike: 15 minutes
Machine weights: 30 minutes.
Today
Bike: 30 minutes (390 Calories - that's 3x what I normally get)
Machine weights: 30 minutes
Will probably aim for the rower, x-trainer, bike (only a little bit) and maybe the treadclimber (Which I hate) tomorrow.
Any tips for how far I should row? 1000m's? 2000m's? etc.
