TacticalUnit heads for a Slim Graduation

Postby TacticalUnit » Tue Feb 02, 2010 9:44 pm

Hey guys,

I was bored so I'd thought I'd let you all know what exercise I'm doing,(and if I break a 'calories burned' record) and if I eat any bad foods - that's when you get up me :) . Hoping to get from 96kg to 70kg in time for my Year 12 Graduation in November. Would love to wear a really nice dress (preferably size 12/14). So, I'll start from yesterday.

Yesterday
X-Trainer: 15 minutes
Bike: 15 minutes
Machine weights: 30 minutes.

Today
Bike: 30 minutes (390 Calories - that's 3x what I normally get)
Machine weights: 30 minutes

Will probably aim for the rower, x-trainer, bike (only a little bit) and maybe the treadclimber (Which I hate) tomorrow.
Any tips for how far I should row? 1000m's? 2000m's? etc.

Yesterday - 3rd Feb -
Bike: 15 minutes
Weights: 30 minutes

Not impressed with it =\

Didn't go to the gym today cause I needed a sleep in as I was always tired at school. Got told today that I needed to be at school an hour early for QCS so I won't be going tomorrow either, sigh.

Update:

Currently 88kg. certain pants are feeling less tighter :)
Not really happy with how much I've lost compared to how long it's been. =\\\\

Started fitness kickboxing on last wednesday (i kinda died) and will be going this upcoming wednesday - hopefully this will help me lose weight faster.

moving between 86kg and 87kg

kickboxing is going good, went last night and going tomorrow night with friends - it's great exercising with friends

exercising at the gym during the week is much more better as i can get into a much better routine. i.e. gym in the morning, then school. during the weekend is the worst thing ever when it comes to exercising - going to bed at 1am, waking up at 11am or midday and then being like "gym? pssh, no".

I have gotten into a routine for when I'm at the gym

day 1: 10 mins of treadclimber, x-trainer or bike (for this example, x-trainer) and
10 mins of treadclimber, x-trainer or bike (for this example, bike)
then 40 mins of various weights, sit ups, push ups, etc.
This is classed as my weights day, but with a bit of cardio

day 2: 15 mins of treadclimber, 15 mins of bike, 15 mins of x-trainer. depending on time I could use the rower for about 6 mins if im in the mood, or just do some leg press weights, or some normal weights for the last 15 mins.

day 3: repeat day one

day 4: repeat day 2

etcetc

peace. ;)

Down to 82kg! xD

I started taking a pill, Yasmin (for personal reasons) and since I haven't been to the gym lately, I think it's helping me lose weight/keep the weight off.

I can fit size 14 jeans now xD

Got a few new clothes that I am very happy with.
