moving between 86kg and 87kg
kickboxing is going good, went last night and going tomorrow night with friends - it's great exercising with friends
exercising at the gym during the week is much more better as i can get into a much better routine. i.e. gym in the morning, then school. during the weekend is the worst thing ever when it comes to exercising - going to bed at 1am, waking up at 11am or midday and then being like "gym? pssh, no".
I have gotten into a routine for when I'm at the gym
day 1: 10 mins of treadclimber, x-trainer or bike (for this example, x-trainer) and
10 mins of treadclimber, x-trainer or bike (for this example, bike)
then 40 mins of various weights, sit ups, push ups, etc.
This is classed as my weights day, but with a bit of cardio
day 2: 15 mins of treadclimber, 15 mins of bike, 15 mins of x-trainer. depending on time I could use the rower for about 6 mins if im in the mood, or just do some leg press weights, or some normal weights for the last 15 mins.
day 3: repeat day one
day 4: repeat day 2
