2 laps around the lake ( about a 40 min walk, 4.4 ks :P )
Walk to local fruit shop to stock up

yeah i quite enjoyed it and im sure ill get better at it. i like it because its basic and very clear instructions too :)

150 mins ski machine (did alot because my day off and was bored watching dr phil and oprah :P).. 15 min walk to local shop

gosh some many people watch dr phil and oprah. im an oprah fan but cant stand dr phil. i love those comedy shows there they send up dr phil. that a crack up lol.

Kate, Im the opposite! I watch dr phil religiously (and judge judy :oops: ) and I only watch Oprah if its a good topic, generally I think its pretty average.... so yea Im a dr phil fan all the way! :lol: xx
