Weights at the gym...
Didn't feel too good doing them today. I struggled with my usual weight and in some cases had to drop down to a lighter weight. I'm not sure why, because I did some light weight training over the weekend and I've been doing these same weights at the gym consistently for three weeks... you'd think I would be getting stronger instead of weaker!
I feel completely exhausted now, for no real reason... I've eaten sufficient, had enough sleep and didn't do an excessive amount of exercise... must just be one of those days.
