Im going to try another of my old aerobics vids Ive found at the op shops (I have about 20 now, in all their big haired glory  ) Its called Denise Austin's Light Aerobics & Destress session
Im excited! I decided I should try something different, I dont want my body to get too used to walk aerobics.
So yeah, 30 mins aerobics

Too early. Havent done my exercise yet but just an update with something I mentioned before.

Also as of yesterday, my family and I, we decided that we will not up-size our place (property purchase), so we will not need to go into 10-year financial burden, dont have to pay the frightening shocking ongoing weekly maintenance costs of $450p/w from the date of purchase till I die. BIG Relief but tough to finalize that decision...

Cheers...FatGarfield

That must be a relief FatGarfield to have sorted out those financial decisions. Stick with what you're doing it sounds like you are getting results. Well done.

50 mins walking

45 mins weight training including warm up and stretch.

Woohoo belly dancing is that fun chubbybubby?
