Was shown my gym program.... ARGH .... I HATE it! Why did I think I would enjoy it?? I feel so self conscious there...
I am sure I will learn to like surely? I plan to get the sessions done, with my ipod (and if i could dark glasses!!) twice a week and get outa there!!
Thank god I am already loving swimming and water aerobics otherwise I think I would crash and burn.
As for the cardio work out part... I did only 15 boring minutes on the bike (sore bits
) and then 5 mins on the rower (
argh....) This land based stuff makes me just feel like a lard arse. People can see in and I can SEE my arse in the mirrors...!!
So motivation: LOW.....
All I can say is YES, TICK I have done two measly cardio sessions this week, so one or two more and I should record a loss this week...
Week by week, little by little...patience!!
Tomorrow - plan to do my gym program and then get into the pool for some laps if I can be fagged,,,,
Need to remember I am at DAY 2 of cycle so need to go easy on myself!
