SO proud of myself!

Went to the gym (I was SO close to driving home but managed to convince myself to go)

Did 10 mins warmup on the bike
then my "routine" - fitball squats, upper body stuff, lower body stuff, abs, jumping up and down on the step a bajillion times and getting very red and puffed.

THEN 20 minutes on the cross trainer!

Was exhausted after and the sweat was pouring off me but now I am in the BEST mood!

Wow, good on you guys! Hubby and I went for a 35min walk last night, as we ease back into walking again...and we'll do the same again tonight. We'll gradually work up to walking an hour to and hour and a half each night.

congrats everyone who did saturday exercise!!!

i agree chubbybubby about shopping, i went yesterday to get a few things and i was buggered! didnt do my dvd til last night. but next weekend will be worse with our monthly grocery shop. *shudder* i dont mind the shopping part but then you have to pack it in the car and then pack it all away when you get home. we also have to buy a months worth of meat so we buy it in bulk and then separate it so that takes a good 45 minutes. its a work out on its own!!!

im puffed thinking about it!

Shopping and house cleaning. I never plan any other exercise on Saturdays as this seems to take all day as it is!

Well done Mandie, I always feel fantastic after exercising too. Keep that feeling in mind and you will wind up wanting to go there. I know if you're anything like me ...stranger things can't happen! :D
