40 mins Cross Trainer

I was going to walk around the beach in Brighton-Le-Sands Sydney but it was too hot and too windy. It was blowing like crazy with sand and dirt everywhere. So no romantic walk...

no exercise today for me. i had washing and ironing to get done and since this afternoon i havent been feeling well :( maybe tomorrow ill get some done. 6 out of 7 days isnt bad.

as long as i do exercise 3 times a week im happy so 6 out of 7 was good.

think i have a 24 hour bug so just keepng my fluids up and im off to sleep for some much deserved sleep!!

Not much exercise today, unless you count multiple walks/stumbles to the bar at the wineries I visited..

Whoops!

MANY glasses of wine and a pint of beer later, I'm NEVER drinking again (at least for a few weeks) and I'm going to the gym tomorrow afternoon!
