maybe 1 lap around the lake

40 mins Tae Bo

30 mins Weight training (didn't do the full routine which is why it was less)

30 mins brisk walking to and from shops (this was incidental as I needed something but hey I will count it anyways)

MY routine at the gym -
10 mins warmup on bike
about 45 minutes weights etc
20 mins x trainer

YAY! :D
