I found out about classes through our local community house ( you could even ask at a library, etc. A lot of tafe's run bellydancing and painting and things too.
Originally I was going to classes, which was lovely, and my little boy was small enough to sit in his pusher with a biscuit and just watch us, and it was good fun for both of us..... he's now 3, and needless to say, he is a FULL ON kid! He's not a naughty kid at all, but he is the kind of child that needs to RUN lol He needs to be constantly entertained and spend lots of time running off the energy outside or he gets really hyper. The last class I went to, I remember him karate kicking and lifting up the womens skirts....
So, lol it just wasnt suitable anymore. Im now doing a dvd at home which I bought off ebay (its actually called bellydancing to slim down, but there are lots of different titles from beginner to expert) I love it! Its made a big difference to my shape, particularly my hips, tummy and bum. If you need more info, let me know
