my partner and i went for a 20 min walk today. we are both sick with colds atm so it was all we could do.
we also went for a 30 min walk on monday and tuesday night.
hopefully we can gradually increase the time as we get a bit fitter. my legs are a bit sore and we havnt really done that much

yeah, I know. I normally prefer the intense cross-trainer or aerobics. But yesterday so many things to do after work. By the time I finish, I was sweating and tired.

I unloaded 2 lots of dishes, ran around to collect plates and cups and started another 2 lots of dishes. Folded 4 piles of clothes and put them away. Then did some cooking etc.

Cheers..FatGarfield.
