Oh, I miss Jamie's kitchen.... that's when my weigh in is :( I was so excited about it too. I loved the UK one, oh and my vcr doesnt record for some bizarre reason... :(

I havent done any exercise yey today.... My little one is starting to get a bit fluey (maybe hayfever?) so we're inside in the cool today and about to watch Alice in wonderland :P Ill try tonight to do some aerobics tonight after WW but I normally cant be bothered... xxx

Hi chubbybubby

i also liked the uk series :) and the other jamie oliver series. :) sorry to hear ur little one is sick :S hopefully that dreaded flu will go away soon. lots of little things like that are going around at the moment. i cant wait for the day when heidi and i can sit down and watch a movie like alice together lol. the only things she likes watching are raggs the dog on channel 7 and the lcm's ad and the start of ready steady cook (i think she likes the colours lol). have a nice day and dont stress too much if you cant get your exercise in mate :)

yup yup gym this morning!

10 mins warmup on the bike
about 30 mins weights, squats, abs etc
20 mins cross trainer

also, I just noticed that when the gym guy gave me my program, he told me to do 20 minutes on the cross trainer at level 5.. and I've been doing level 8! I'm doing well though, and coping well.. guess I'm fitter than he thought!

Wow Mandie, that's great to hear! If the cross trainers at your gym are the same as mine then we are on the same level :D except that I struggle with it some days and go back to 7
I did a whole bunch of weights today.
Usually I have time for some cardio beforehand on thursdays ( this is my slack day at uni ) but today I had to renew my license, so not enough time. The photo is really dodgy too... I look like I'm stoned lol.

hehe I turn up the loud music with a fast beat and don't notice the time rushing by, I'm starting to love the cross trainer!

Sorry to hear you look stoned in your photo, but hey, everyone looks bad in those!

Finish work very late, no exercise.
Should have an early mark on Fri, catch up on Fri and the weekend... I have been exercising every day and my ankles are quite sore, probably not used to all these exercise...

Cheers... FatGarfield

my partner and i went for a 30 min walk again last night. i should really wear my pedometre and see how far we are actually walking. i only wore it one night this week and we did 1.89kms.
i am trying to talk myself into going to the gym this afternoon or tonight because my sis finishes work early today.
but i always feel awkward when i go there. i know i shouldnt and i know i deserve to be there. especially after paying $250 for the membership.
