I've never tried the fitness test on the cross trainer, have to give it a go. Damn that machine. I always say to myself I am gonna take it easy as even an 'easy' workout on that machine is still a good one but nooo I have to get carried away! :roll:

i didnt end up going to the gym. will try this weekend. i went for a 30 min walk with my partner tonight. my back was killing after.

Hi Kim,
Try out the Fitness test. It is pretty heavy duty stuff. It tends to make the other program seem a lot easier.
