So my week of exercise last week as follows
Monday - 60 min pt session
Tues - Bodypump
Wed - Abs class (30 min) then body balance straight after (60min) my poor muscles in my stomach really felt it all day after this and the next, was the first time I have done this group and whilst doing it I didn't overly enjoy it but the benefits are clearly felt after so will definitely be going again this week.
Thurs Body pump
Fri - off
Sat - 30 HIIT session alternating skipping and Russian situps
Sunday Body Step
And I gained weight this week!!!
