Oh, Kate you are gonna feel that for a while.

1 hr 20 mins cleaning windows (hubby and I cleaned all our windows, he did outside and I did the inside)

1 hr weights including warm up and stretch. Took me longer than normal as I slowed it down some.

Ermm might pass on that Kate :D

I kept looking at ours and bought the stuff to do it on my day off but just couldn't face it on my own. Most of our windows are full ceiling to floor things which is why it took a while. They look lovely now though you can actually see out of them!

They sure do and I don't have the little hands to worry about. Gave the sills a good wash too even though I dust them regularly.

Hi Kate,
A lot of hard-work moving things, walking up and down the stairs...

Hi Kim,
Good work with the windows. It is always so hard and often dangerous to clean the windows. Great exercise.

Me...
1.5 hours walk nearly Brighton-Le-Sand beach and park area

Mon - chatting

Postby FatGarfield » Mon Oct 16, 2006 2:35 pm

Hi all,
Yes, moving house is nerve-wrecking. The stairs are a killer. All the sweat and turning corners... Too stressful to even think about that.

Hi Kate,
Thank YOU Kate...

Yes, I have been pretty good for a few weeks, all due to the encouragement from you guys. I thought I could never lose any weight and would be stuck on 55 kilos.

I am quite excited and happy with the slow but fairly continuous progress.

Do my exercise when I get home...
