= 1.6km

hehe well i was feeling so good that whilst futurama was on i did my other walk away the pounds dvd
'walk and kick'- feel satisfied after doing all that exercise :)

* 2 hours cleaning house;
* brisk walk for 25 mins - normally takes us 35 mins, so I'm happy with that.
