1 mile walk away the pounds
=1.6km

(have been up since mick left for work and whilst heidi was still asleep i thought it was the opportune time to get some exercise in. will do more later on today. i have shopping today as well)

Well today I went to the gym.. I did an hour of cardio which included 20mins on the treadmill, 20mins on the bike, 10mins on the stepper and 10mins on the crosstrainer...

Then I did a weights session.

All in all it only took about an 2 hours out of my day and now I feel great..[/color]
Expectations are only worth living up to if there your own!!!!!

last but not least

2 mile walk =3.2km

and im spent! tomorrow i am having a break for the day from exercise. will resume thursday :)

tonight my partner and i went for a walk. we walked 1.84km. feel great now. and feel like i will sleep better.
