Well today I went to the gym.. I did an hour of cardio which included 20mins on the treadmill, 20mins on the bike, 10mins on the stepper and 10mins on the crosstrainer...
Then I did a weights session.
All in all it only took about an 2 hours out of my day and now I feel great..[/color]
Expectations are only worth living up to if there your own!!!!!
