I have started with the couch to 5k running plan again, I did it for a while a few years ago but gave up, i think i expected too much of my body and pushed it too far, but i get kind of addicted to things once i start lol.
I did my first day of week 1 today.
I found it not to be too bad, admitedly I probably didnt run as fast as I used to and I slowed down the recovery walks so that I could actually recover and focused on my breathing, made sure i strectched and also massaged my muscles as I am studying remedial massage therapy and thought I should "thank" them for my run lol.
I am going to a friends house later on tonight and he has a punching bag so I will do some boxing with him too.
