Body Attack class.

Definitely noticing the difference in my fitness since I've been going back to the gym - I was able to keep up really well, even though some of the slimmer girls were dropping off the pace! Woo! :D

Awesome news Mandie. That's the best part I reckon... being able to do stuff you never could before :D
I did:
30 mins cross trainer
30 mins stepper
20 mins exercycle
10 mins treadmill to cool down
I've been working pretty hard at it and trying to go up levels... I started at level 6 on the stepper and cross trainer and 5 on the bike... now I'm level 8 on the cross trainer & stepper and level 7 on the bike :D pretty soon I should hit level 9 on the stepper :D

Don't feel like you're not doing enough exercise Fatgarfield. Like Kim I started out with just walking and it did some amazing things for my body :D I love walking alone so I have time to think about stuff that's going on in my life and it just calms me down.
Wednesday I was stressed out about a big presentation I had to make for uni, so that's why I did so much exercise trying to get rid of the stress. On the plus side I wasn't stressed after it... on the minus side I was barely conscious lol.
Anyway.... my point was that you're doing just fine Fatgarfield.
Happy exercising everyone :D

Hi tanya

i think its great. i actually got my butt into gear and purchased my first dvd because i saw a few people on here had recommended it. its not just walking, they do different moves as well. its good for me because if i cant take heidi out for a walk i can pop the dvd in and do it in my loungeroom whilst she is having a nap.

i havent tried the biggest loser dvd but i have heard good things about it. there are a couple of workouts on the one dvd i believe. i have seen them at kmart, if not you can try ebay!! :P

thanks kate. i will keep my eye out for a walk away the pounds one. i saw a BL one on ebay last night. it is at $20. so for that it would be cheaper to go to kmart an see if they have it.

Hi Kim and Kate,
Thanks for the nice comments.

Hi Garfield,
Presentation in uni. Difficult stuff. I was so happy when I was out of uni. The exams always give me nightmares. Best wishes...
