Don't feel like you're not doing enough exercise Fatgarfield. Like Kim I started out with just walking and it did some amazing things for my body
I love walking alone so I have time to think about stuff that's going on in my life and it just calms me down.
Wednesday I was stressed out about a big presentation I had to make for uni, so that's why I did so much exercise trying to get rid of the stress. On the plus side I wasn't stressed after it... on the minus side I was barely conscious lol.
Anyway.... my point was that you're doing just fine Fatgarfield.
