I have the Leslie Samson dvd's - Walk away the pounds. There's the 1 mile, 2 mile and the 3 mile. Only been doing the 1 mile thus far (started a week ago).

I attempted the 2 mile but felt buggered afterwards so make sure you've mastered the 1 mile first.

The weighted balls she uses during the workout make a difference - they help burn more kilojoules. My mum suggests using 2 cans to start with and then go on to the weighted balls.

The 1 mile takes about 20 minutes to complete and the 2 mile takes about 30 mins.

Mum picked up the 1 mile and 2 mile from Kmart and the 3 mile from Target. Not sure how much they were though. The weighted balls she bought from a sports store.
