hi all :)

have decided to cut down my exercise to three times a week maybe fours times. so no exercise for me today!! *ill have withdrawals lol*

20 mins walking
25 mins exercycle
15 mins pilates - gonna try and do this basic one a few nights a week to strenthen the core area pelvis and lower back.

Did a looong but gentle walk around the neighbourhood in the sunshine today with my littly in his stroller.... I went up and down the slide at the park about 30 times, does that count??? :P MY BUTT IS SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT DOWN THE SLIDE NOW! Wooooooooooooo! :lol: hahaha
I was doing aerobics too this afternoon but got interupted by best friend in crisis on the phone so I only did 15 mins.... xxx

ooooh yeah mate THAT counts....think of how many times you went up and down the stairs of that slide!! :P
