25 mins walking
20 mins jogging

45 mins weight training including warm up and stretching.

I realised that I should have been adding in the hospital stairs, but just didn't think, so as from today I will add them. I can't give a total as in kms....

2 1/2 hours walking and trudging looking for exercise dvd
66 stairs up
136 stairs down (we had to take the lift up the first time as we had coffees!!)
2 hours shopping (lots of walking)

no wonder my poor feet were red and swollen last night!!
