one hour swim at local indoor pool

lots of walking today....at least 8000 steps

No planned exercise. But did have to move furniture around and then set up my new....wait for it....wait for it.....bench press multi gym! Oh yeah babyyyyyyyyyyyy!! This enormous thing sits right behind me and I didn't get to bed till midnight as I was setting it up. Just have to use it now!
