I vow to walk 4km today with a little interval running to keep the heart rate up. Following that Some push ups, Crunches, lunges and squats.......just think of that bikini kell :D

spring cleaned the kitchen- took me a few good hours- plus heidi had another painting session in her cot so that took me 1.5 hours to clean up! i just couldnt be bothered exercising after all that plus 2 baskets of ironing tonight!

Did everything except the squats because was doing them watching TV and boyf laughs at me when I'm doing them. Pathetic excuse I know. :lol:

i walked 2.58km tonight and did 3km on my exercise bike.

30 mins walk
Still recovering from food poisoning and flu.

I may need to slow down my exercise to ensure full recovery. I will need to focus more on my my food portioning in the next few days.

Kelstar, make him do them with you so you both get to laugh! :D

FatGarfield hope you are feeling better soon. Take care with your food if you have problems regularly. Maybe stick to what you know works for your body. Good luck. :D

Yet again still more packing and walking and stretching and pushing extremely heavy workbenches out of my brothers shed (who needs the gym?? LOL)
