Cross Trainer 25 mins
Walking 20 mins plus 14 mins to post a letter after work which also served to warm up for weights.

Weight training 30 mins 5 mins stretching.

Woohoo I didn't have to go and find alternate exercises I could just do what was set for me. Even got to do the tricep pull down with the cable....it was fun.

No exercise for me. Still recovering from food poisoning and mild flu. :oops:

i did the one mile walk on walk away the pounds and then when my partner got home we did the 2 mile one. was lots of fun aswell.

not for the walk and kick one ally but for the express 1 and 2 mile one you do but i just walk on the spot when they do that part. its not the whole way through the workout its only for about 5 minutes they use them
