I've just started at Contours so thought I should start this up to keep track and see if I'm getting any better :D

Tuesday: 15 mins on bike, 1 round of the circuit = 45 min workout
Thursday: 10 mins on cross trainer, 15 mins on bike, 2 rounds of the circuit = 1hr 25 min workout

I definitely improved from the first visit to contours :p
On my first day after 1 round of the circuit I was dizzy, ready to collapse and throw up hahah but I definitely did much better today :)

Fitting in with my work schedule I'll be going to the gym every second day, hopefully I'll be able to work myself up to doing 2 days in a row once I'm more confident within myself so I'll be going 4 times a week.
It's hard because I don't have the support from my mother, whom I live with. She didn't approve of the workout today because she thinks I'll burn myself out, etc, and doesn't want me to focus on it.
I really feel that it's necessary though, I'm so proud of myself for going and getting over my fear of gyms. So I'm trudging through the disapproval :)

Saturday: 33 mins on exercise bike, 2 rounds of circuit = 1hr 33 mins workout

Skipped the cross trainer today because my legs are still recovering :lol: hopefully I'll get back on it tomorrow

Monday: 20 mins on bike, 10 mins on standup bike, 2 rounds of circuit = 1hr 30 mins workout

Disappointed because I haven't lost any weight since last week. I'm aware I'm probably building up muscle seeing as I've never done these kind of workouts in my life. But it's disappointing when you put in this effort and the scales don't move. Oh well, still sticking to it :)

Pushed myself a little today. Did a normal workout then not so normal :)

Wednesday: 25 mins bike, 10 mins standup bike, 2 rounds of cuircuit, some of the girls went jogging I joined them, but couldn't go as far as them but I pushed myself and then walked back so 25 mins jogging/walking = 2hrs workout.

Disappointing that I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday but I've been busy working. Worked Friday night, for 5 hours, then Saturday for 9 hours and today I'll be working 5 hours. I'm up and walking around the whole time I'm working so that counts for something :) especially Saturday, walking around for just over 8 hours. Not fast but any movement is better than none :)
Will be going to the gym tomorrow.
