I've just started at Contours so thought I should start this up to keep track and see if I'm getting any better
Tuesday: 15 mins on bike, 1 round of the circuit = 45 min workout
Thursday: 10 mins on cross trainer, 15 mins on bike, 2 rounds of the circuit = 1hr 25 min workout
I definitely improved from the first visit to contours :p
On my first day after 1 round of the circuit I was dizzy, ready to collapse and throw up hahah but I definitely did much better today
Fitting in with my work schedule I'll be going to the gym every second day, hopefully I'll be able to work myself up to doing 2 days in a row once I'm more confident within myself so I'll be going 4 times a week.
It's hard because I don't have the support from my mother, whom I live with. She didn't approve of the workout today because she thinks I'll burn myself out, etc, and doesn't want me to focus on it.
I really feel that it's necessary though, I'm so proud of myself for going and getting over my fear of gyms. So I'm trudging through the disapproval
