45 mins weights, biceps, back, forearm, leg, right one only including stretching.
Warmed up with light sets rather than Tae Bo due to dysfunctional stupid left knee! Grrr not happy...miss the cross trainer burn!
The upside due to now having the bench and attachments I didn't have to use my leg to do the exercises. Downside no fat burnt through cardio as no cardio being done and that just bites!
Gonna walk to doc today (5 min walk) and see how it feels.
