Went for half hour run followed by 15 minute walk ( ok...was originally going to be a 50 minute run but I just...couldnt...push...my...self...an...y......furth................................

Well done Carla, bet that run was fun! Feel the blood pumping and your heart racing...that great synchronicity between your breathing and your stride.... ahhhhhhhh

No cardio for me so I will have to live vicariously through others for a while! :lol:

Anyone know of cardio that can be done seated would love to hear of it.

i cant run, i think im uncoordinated in that department lol. plus i get black eyes!

will try and think of some upper body cardio for you kim :)

Cool Kate.

For running I wear a sports bra plus this tight sports top that has a balconette type thing in it. The two combined manage to keep me in place...just! But I think I don't fill the cup properly anymore will have to get measured by bras n things again soon. I know they are expensive but the bras fit so much better and as we all know it's all about the bra! :D

yeah they do a good job at bras n things. no matter what i wear though it still hard to run with them. i feel like ruth from the biggest lsoer. she couldnt do star jumps!
