15 mins beginners pilates, missing out anything to do with left leg
55 mins weights - upper body circuit routine and stretching. It worked really well and didn't have to stress out legs at all.
Last night hubby rubbed what felt like half a tube of deep heat on my knee and boy did I sleep well, the thing felt like it was burning but my joint was all warm and didn't hurt so I didn't care much. Anyway, fingers crossed, I just may be getting better.
