15 mins beginners pilates, missing out anything to do with left leg

55 mins weights - upper body circuit routine and stretching. It worked really well and didn't have to stress out legs at all.

Last night hubby rubbed what felt like half a tube of deep heat on my knee and boy did I sleep well, the thing felt like it was burning but my joint was all warm and didn't hurt so I didn't care much. Anyway, fingers crossed, I just may be getting better.

fingers crossed kim, you are doing well keeping up with the exercise whilst sore. well done to hubby too for the massaging! get better soon!

Boyfriend was sick. So just did some cooking and housework.
Rubbed his back for 20 mins.

Yeah, my boyfriend is feeling a bit better. He was just too stressed by his work and his relatives. Hee... We need a holiday...
