4 hours office cleaning (like a mini gym workout really!)
2 hours walking back and forth unloading and loading vehicles!!

Wow, Ally is doing so much exercise.
The bowling sounds like a lot of fun too... When I bowl, it goes to the side and I am hopeless with the scores.

3 hours of walking fairly fast in the city on a windy day.
