30 mins walking

Did another 50 mins after work as had to go to the shops. Maybe 20 mins of that walking 30 mins dawdling and shopping.

Knee feeling like it is getting back to normal. Took the walk easy though and will increase the pace each day.

He said to go back today but I am feeling good and didn't bother. The doc I prefer is next door to where I work so I may go and see him but it feels really good now and the heat treatment seems to have worked the best. I'm just thinking it may be $55 just for him to say come back and see me if it happens again!
