Heading into my forth week of my weight loss journey and im currently 5.5kg less at 92.3kg. I thought this thread might track my progress and keep me accountable, as i'd love to hit 90kg within the next 11 days (stretching it i know)!

Monday 24th Jan 2011
1. Morning run 1.5km (15mins)
2. Took pup for a walk to the dog park (15mins)
3. Night walk with partner and pup (20mins)
4. Quick gym session (15min cardio and 15min arms weight training)

2 plums
2 chunky slices of watermelon
chicken and vege stir-fry
5 mnm's
2 licorice allsorts
2 litres of water
2 glasses of metamucil

Tuesday 25th Jan 2011

Today, i felt hungier than i have in the past 3.5 weeks. Heres what i ate;

2 slices of multigrain toast with low fat cheese slices
2 plums
6 inch chicken teriaky sub from subway
1 chunk of watermelon
2 licorice allsorts
Half of a lean cuisine microwave dinner
1 litre of water

Today was one of my days off from the gym (2 days off per week) so the only exercise i got in was a 45min walk at lunch at a relaxed pace.

So today was all in all one of my 'not so good days' - i dont know why i couldnt satisfy my hunger like i normally do - i have a feeling it could almost be that time of the month. Better day tomorrow.

Indeed today has been much better.

Wednesday 26th Jan 2011

Resisted the Aussie Day drinking session that often comes with todays celebrations. The day so far;

2 chunks of watermelon
1 large garden salad
Birds Eye fish and side salad

Went to the gym for one hour over lunch and will hopefully squeeze in another 30 min cardio session before bed... if it cools down that is! Had some lovely comments from my fiance today along the lines of 'damn you're looking good beautiful' - he is a keeper (and my inspiration).

Thursday 27th Jan 2011

Ok so today i had one of the worst possible days at work which resulted in an early night to sleep off the bad mood. No exercise but heres what i ate;

1 plum
1 6inch chicken teriacky sub from subway
half lean crusine meal with a side garden salad
5 mnms
5 licorice allsorts
1 litre of water

So this week ive already had my two days off from the gym so Friday, Saturday, Sunday thats where i'll be.

Friday 28th Jan 2011

Food;

2 plums
1 slice multigrain toast with low fat cheese
THAI (1 CURRY PUFF, 2 CHICKEN SATAY SKEWERS & CHICKEN PAD SE EW) and a diet coke

ok so the thai probably blew out my diet but its the first 'unhealthy' food ive had in a month and my fiance and i had cause to celebrate. Tomorrow is a new day and my intentions are to spend two hours at the gym to work it off before weigh in on Monday.

SW as of 1st Jan - 98.0kg
CW as of 29th Jan - 90.9kg
Total Loss - 7.1kg in 4 weeks

0.9 to go until next mini goal target by 5th Feb (90kg) ie 7 days :wink: "COME ON"

Food;
3 chunks of watermelon
2 x light cruskits with extra light philadelphia cheese and tomato
3 x chicos
chicken honey seasme stirfry with bok choy, carrot, cabbage, zucchine, onion, snow peas, brocolli and corn.

Exercise;
Morning gym session - 1 hour of cardio
Evening gym session - 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of arm weights

Food;

2 light cruskits with extra light philly cheese and 1/2 a tomato
4 chicko lollies
1 white marshmellow
Leftover chicken and stirfried veges (cabbage, brocolli, snow peas, capscicum, zuhcine, bok choy, corn,)

Exercise;
1 x hour gym session - cardio and (cont on from last night) arm weights


Struggled with a minor case of constipation yesterday and this morning but all back to normal now. Just in time for tomorrow mornings 'official' weigh in.

So another official weigh in Monday - i am pleased to say im at 90.5kg today. From last Monday its a loss of 1.8kg.

I seem to be averaging close to 1.4kg a week. Im starting to feel more comfortable in my clothes again and even fitting into some work pants i couldnt do up 5 weeks ago.

I did say my goal is to be at least 90.0kg by Saturday but just quietly it would be nice to hit the 80's again.

Monday 31st Jan 2011

Very tired today. Heres what i consumed;

Half a serving of special k with lite milk
2 plums
1 chicken teriahky sub from subway
1/2 baby easter egg
4 chunks of watermelon
4 chickos (lollies)
2 marshmellows
1/2 a cruskit with low fat cheese

Ended up falling asleep on the longe after work - woke up still half asleep and went to the cupboard (hence the partial lolly binge). Then got distracted researching the honeymoon and didnt go to the gym. SLACK!!!!

Lucky tomorrow is another day.

Tuesday 1st Feb 2011

Was feeling good this morning, food consumed as follows;

3 plums
1 cyclone icy pole (42 degree heat called for it and under 400kj)
1/2 devon and tomato sauce sandwhich (on white bread... so good)
leftover chicken stirfry (90% vegies)

Feeling a little bloated tonight (maybe constipated again :x ) and i feel 'heavier' if that makes sense. Anyway off to the gym, hopefully that helps. Tonights workout plan is;

45 min cardio
15 - 20 min core strengthening

Wednesday 2nd Feb 2011

Food so far;

1 plum
1 x multigran sandwhich with no butter or marg (chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrot) and pepper.

Unsure about dinner tonight (something under 2000kj though).

The gym last night was busy which i didnt really enjoy but i still went for an hour - even weighed myself and despite the bloated gut i still weighed in at 90.4kg - a loss of 100g since Mondays weigh in.

Anyway i'll be there again tonight - probably 30 mins cardio and 30 mins of leg weights

Just to add to yesterdays food diary;

chunky bit of watermelon
4 chicos
About 7 mouthfuls of spag bol with brown pasta (wholemeal i think)

Ended up taking the pup for a 20 min walk and then to the gym for 30 mins. Again weighed upself in light of Saturday's target mini goal weight - im 100g away at 90.1kg

Still dealing with constipation which i dont like at all - even took 4 laxatives last night - nothing!
