Was feeling good this morning, food consumed as follows;
3 plums
1 cyclone icy pole (42 degree heat called for it and under 400kj)
1/2 devon and tomato sauce sandwhich (on white bread... so good)
leftover chicken stirfry (90% vegies)
Feeling a little bloated tonight (maybe constipated again

) and i feel 'heavier' if that makes sense. Anyway off to the gym, hopefully that helps. Tonights workout plan is;
45 min cardio
15 - 20 min core strengthening
