Food Diary - Thurs 10th March 2011
6 inch subway (under 6g fat)
1 pepsi max
5 mouthfuls of pad see ewi (thai dish)
small salad with pumpkin, lettuce, tomato, corn, carrot, mushroom
2 small slices of buttifly pork
Exercise - zero, fell asleep on the lounge.
Not happy at all about my failure to get to the gym. Did wake up at 6:30am today (Friday) and go. Managed 35 mins of interval training. I feel better for it but wish i had gone last night as well.
I dont have much confidence about recording a loss this week. We'll see what the weekend brings.
