Gym - 10 mins warmup bike

30 mins X trainer level 8

5 mins abs n stretches

1 1/2 hrs walking at a brisk pace.

Walking to the local b n b which is 10km round trip! Ok, yeah, I am sore and tired. LOL it was great though!

Wanted to go to the gym and do an hour on the x trainer but lost 2 hrs setting up stupid online betting for the cup. Oh well it all turned out to be fun in the end.

Another long day at work.
But managed to do some exercises.
20 mins Cross Trainer (Strength program)
15 mins Cross Trainer (Plateau program)
I am gradually increasing the resistance level.

I am sweating a fair bit, so hopefully that will make me fitter. My weight is not moving. I will hang in there and keep going.
