1.5 hours mowing the lawns. we live on a huge block and if i would mow it before i started losing weight it would take me all day because i would need breaks :) will be sore tomorrow though haha

20 mins walking
23 mins cross trainer

45 mins weight training including warm up and stretching

Slacked off yesterday, the day got away from me.
