Did no-one else exercise today? :shock:

I did 7 minutes on the cross trainer (I was running late didn't have time for more!) and BODY PUMP - first class in ages!

I was deluding myself that MY weights routine was just as tough as Pump, and that it wouldn't be hard.

HAH!

Can barely walk!

Oh well, I'm imagining my new muscles burning away at the fat for me :lol:

I went for a bike ride that lasted about 1 hour. I also lifted weights and did 50 sit ups. Go me!

walked around newcastle for 4 hours. got sunburnt and blister inbetween my toes from my thongs.

No planned exercise.

Housework for 2 hrs
Cleaned motorbike for 30mins
Dawdled around clothes shopping for 1 hr
