50 mins weight training including warm up and stretching

40 mins Tae Bo

I think it's time for a muscle soak in the bath. TTOTM started and I feel...well...all you ladies know just how I feel. Crappy! :lol:

Okay, I did a Pump class yesterday and today my muscles are crying "Mandie what ARE you doing!??!"...

So I did the high intensity workout (and got all the way through it...) on my Biggest Loser DVD and then spent a good 10 minutes stretching all my aching muscles... they feel better now they have been loosened up a bit!

2 hours grocery shopping, a bit of garage cleaning.
