and... I've backed up my amazing feat from yesterday and DONE IT AGAIN!

Yay, 35 minutes cross trainer level 9
after 10 minute warmup on the treadmill

and then 30 minute abs class (and OH MY GOD it hurt today!)

Well done!!! Those cross trainers are murder and an ab class!! my tummy muscles are cringing haha

I went to the gym today, 15 min treadmill, 10 min bike and 5 min cross trainer and I was buggered! :oops: I cant believe how unfit I've gotten!

Hey, don't be embarrassed at all E.. look at what you have achieved!

30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise! That's great!

I could only do a few minutes on the cross trainer when I first started, I've been building it up slowly. You'll get there too! :D

Mandies right MissE 30 mins of cardio, you did well. Build it up little by little and you will notice the improvement. Write down what you did today and keep it somewhere then look at it again in a couple of months and see the difference.

Nice going Mandie on the cardio and abs work.

Did nada today. Last day of rest back into it tomorrow.

45 minutes at curves :)

if it stays as wet and windy tomorrow, I'm swapping a curves day till thurs and Fri can be a swim day instead, otherwise I might just turn into a popsicle :shock:

anyway 45 minutes dancing tonight and playing indoor soccor with heidi! songs we danced to were:
