10 mins treadmill
38 mins cross trainer (I took it easy on the cross trainer...truly I did)

incidental exercise- vacuuming, washing floors and i had a bath earlier this morning and i carried buckets of water from the bath out to the garden to water the plants :P

sounds good kim! it was a lot of bucket fulls so it was like lifting weights hehe. plus im doing something for the environment with using the water from the bath- and when i go shopping now i have been taking all those cloth shopping bags with me :)

wow that's great kate, doing some exercise, losing weight AND being green as well... you're racking up the karma points lately!

3 minutes bike (got to gym late)
45 minute circuit class (we did a mix of running, cardio stations and weights stations)
5 minute cool down on the treadmill

now I'm exhausted !

Oh my you girls are good I havent even done the breaky dishes yet and its 10am I just cant get motivated at the moment, Ive started walking up amd down the stairs at work tho its a start
