yesterday started back up at the gym
did 40 mins treadmill, 10 mins excersice bike, 20 minutes cross trainer and 5 minutes on the rowing machine.
Then i had an hours break before starting work...
[im a casual cleaner at a shopping centre. good pay whilst studying at uni:) i only work sat nights and sundays, which means 1 1/2 and double rates, so i dont mind having 5 days off]
.... so back to it, yea then i have to walk the shopping mall for 6 hours.
great workout for me, my legs are still killing me a bit but i think i might do 45mins-60mins worth tonite.
