20 mins walking
24 mins cross trainer

Didn't do weights tonight but ended up spending 45 mins cleaning my motorbike as I am taking her in tomorrow to trade in on my new baby. Crikey, I'll be a bit sad to see her go she has been fantastic. :cry:

I know Kate, I said my farewells and have now picked up my new baby. Woohoo she is georgeous so I have posted some pics in the just chatting forum.
